A collection of 12 figures from the Kindly Offensive universe. Every sealed box reveals one character when opened. The first production run will hide two special chase figures whose identities will not be revealed before launch.

Two special variants will be hidden inside the first run. Their identities, finishes and frequency remain secret until launch.
FIRST RUN ONLY
The inaugural edition gets its own identity. Once it is gone, it is gone. Apparently collecting twelve tiny bad decisions is where civilisation has led us.

Finding one of the two chase figures will unlock entry into the secret launch promotion. The final reward will be revealed when the edition closes and may be a substantial cash prize or a special high-value surprise. Until then, the mystery stays intact.
To structure the promotion properly in the United Kingdom, an equivalent free-entry route will also be available. The final terms will set the dates, eligibility, territories, entry method and prize-award process before the promotion opens.
